Placing an Order

Ordering is currently a manual process to allow me to ensure that you receive a personalised and timely service.

 

Please make a list of the items you require and either send them via email to 3dwayne.print@gmail.com or fill in the Contact form with as much detail as possible.

You will then be contacted with the total cost, including postage, and an estimate on when your items will be sent. Please read the information below for answers to questions you may have about ordering.

Postage

​

Postage within the UK starts at £3.50 for small orders, but your actual postage cost will be included in your order confirmation. I do ship overseas at cost.

Payment

​

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or Paypal and full details for both of these payment types will be included in your order quotation.

Lead Times

​

Your models will only be produced once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received. Each order will take a different amount of time and this will be clearly indicated on your quotation. I aim to ship all orders within 2 weeks of receipt of payment.
